Yesterday we had chicken fingers and fries for supper -- but with a twist! I got this idea from my sister-in-laws Roxie and DeeDee a long time ago and I finally tried it myself last night for the first time.
Here's the tip: For a little extra zip to your chicken strips, after you flip them over top each of them with a bit of salsa and mozzarella cheese. It's sort of like a chicken parmesagn thing and it is so delicious. You won't be disappointed!!
