the final hour

When Joelle decides she's not going to do something - she's pretty determined to stick to that (hmmm...sounds like someone else I know!). So for the six days we were at a hotel on our family vacation last year and the four days we were back at that same hotel just this past week, she refused to go on the small - but fun (according to Malia's use of it) - waterslide.

Until the final hour of their final swim (or more like the final 20 minutes).

She finally tried it - first with Les and then on her own - and the result was just like the one we had tried to convince her of ever since last year: She would love it and would want to do it...

over...

and over...

and over...

and over...

and over again!

I don't like to say "I told you so"...and it turns out I don't have to. The pictures say it for me. ;)

Sounds like something I would do ;)
Which hotel did you stay at? Looks like maybe the Settle Inn?
We are staying at the Settle Inn in Fargo in a couple of weeks.
